Treatment for bulging eyes (exophthalmos) depends on the cause and is aimed at reversing the problem and minimizing damage to the eye. 

  • Teprotumumab (Tepezza) is used to treat thyroid eye disease in adults
  • Ophthalmic lubricants are used to prevent complications from dry eyes
