My name is Anjali, and I am the newest Sales Support Representative on the Inside Sales Team. I was born, raised, and currently reside in Cranberry Township (a suburb of Pittsburgh) with my husband and corgi. When not at work I can often be found in the barn, training with my off-the-track thoroughbred!
Before coming to Carnegie Learning, I worked in adult education, managing training for local entrepreneurs at the Duquesne University Small Business Development Center and then at the Society of Automotive Engineers International. Helping to create great learning experiences is my passion.
Working with the Inside Sales team at Carnegie Learning has been a joy. I thrive in an environment that welcomes variety, and no two days are the same here. I support six account executives so they can focus on building relationships with our customers.
While there is no 'typical' day, my responsibilities include doing research, coordinating resources, maintaining data, compiling and sharing materials, and helping customers as needed. One of the most fun parts of my job is investigative work, where I get to dig into documentation and policies to resolve issues and create solutions.
My team works to ensure that we have happy customers. We make sure their textbooks arrive in a timely manner, and they have access to their online resources so everything can run smoothly in the classroom.
I love working for a company that’s breaking new ground in STEM. If I had some of the tools we offer when I was a student, who knows how that could have affected my life!
