Hugo López-Gatell said in his participation that this is framed through a structural pathway for the transformation of the National Health System with the aim of promoting more and better benefits for the population.

In this context, it celebrated the institutionalization and emergence of a new Decentralized Public Organization such as IMSS Bienestar, which joined national Health institutions to promote the process of harmonization of services at the personal and community level.
